Product Architecture
ThinkCare AI
ThinkCare AI is a production-grade bilingual (English + Bangla) clinical AI companion for Bangladesh. It connects patients, doctors, and hospital administrators in a unified loop, facilitating instant symptom triage, telemedicine consultations, emergency response, and prescription management.
Triage Loop
Patients describe symptoms. The AI parses the text, checks constraints, and infers a structured risk score, disease assessment, precautions, and guidelines.
Clinical Validation
Doctors review patient case history summaries generated by the AI before consultations, helping them draft digital prescriptions efficiently.
Technical Stack Specs
We leverage modern serverless and API-first technologies to guarantee rapid deployment, security, and scalability.
Monolith next-app
Both frontend interface rendering and serverless API endpoints live within the same codebase under `/src/app`, resulting in an optimized developer workflow.
PostgreSQL + Prisma
Prisma ORM is used to interface with a highly available PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon. Data connections use direct pooling with driver adapters for speed.
Product Roadmap
Core Platform Shipped
